Someone asked me recently about my heros. I don't really have any. But Molly Ivins comes about as close as anyone to being a hero, in my eyes. She died of breast cancer on January 31, 2007. What an enormous loss to intelligent debate and no-holds-barred reporting. She will be sorely missed.

Molly Ivins
Someone asked me recently about my heros. I don't really have any. But Molly Ivins comes about as close as anyone to being a hero, in my eyes. She died of breast cancer on January 31, 2007. What an enormous loss to intelligent debate and no-holds-barred reporting. She will be sorely missed.

Thanks for posting that, John. I hadn't checked the news and didn't know. I think she's a hero too.
